We believe that our country house is perfect for resuming your travels, please notice:

We are a very low density rural tourism, with 12 hectares of land and a maximum occupancy of 7 rooms / suites, so you can be completely isolated if you wish.

Our rooms / suites have independent entrances directly to the outside and an exclusive terrace area, with a privileged view.

We offer two swimming pools with extensive lounge area and endless gardens.

During this period, Imani will not allow visits or events for the safety of its customers.

Our “Improvável” restaurant, where you can enjoy our delicious menus, operates in a common room of 200m2 and a facade of windows with access to the outside, thus ensuring a fully ventilated environment.

We have reorganized our meal service to strictly comply with extraordinary hygiene and food safety measures. We will not serve our wonderful buffets but in return we will guarantee the privacy that each customer desires for their meal, since we also have terraces and corners in a century-old garden for unforgettable moments.


We reinvented ourselves! We are attentive to the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and to the recommendations of the official health entities, in order to constantly update the hygiene and safety procedures in all areas of the hotel. This is the challenge of our times and we have taken steps to be up to the task and maintain our quality brand.

This plan will be strictly followed by our staff, who received specific training. Other preventive measures will be requested from our esteemed guests, ensuring that your stay runs as safely as possible.

This commitment is based on compliance with the rules stipulated by the DGS and by Turismo de Portugal, which granted us the Clean & Safe Establishment seal.

Cancellations

During the pandemic phase, booking cancellations will be flexible.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in times may be extended up to 7 pm in order to comply with the appropriate ventilation and cleaning times, in which case, customers may use the common areas.

For the convenience of customers, we have changed our check-in and check-out system to allow the possibility of electronic and non-face-to-face procedures.

To check-out, credit card vharges and bank transfers will be privileged, invoices will be delivered digitally via email.

Reception service

The Imani Country House team will be properly protected, using the personal protective equipment defined by DGS.

The reception service will be made available preferably by telephone.

Cleaning and disinfection

Reinforcement of the usual cleaning and disinfection procedures for all common areas and accommodation units.

We will adopt additional measures for cleaning the rooms and suites and the customer will also be able to choose autonomous cleaning and have available maintenance kits during the stay.

Use of disinfectant products with proven effectiveness and certified.

Regular ventilation of all accommodation units and common spaces.

Reinforced care certificate in the handling and washing of textiles, namely sheets and towels by our suppliers.

Our cleaning team will be properly protected with personal protective equipment (mask, visor, gloves and disposable gown).

Equipment in common use such as sunbeds and toilets will be disinfected and sealed with each use.

Outdoor / Pools

Regular care and control of pool water.

Reinforcement of the hygiene of the terraces of our porch and outside areas, as well as reorganization of the space to guarantee the safety distance.

Exclusivety of our restaurant for staying guests.

Advance bookings recommended for lunch and dinner services.

Drinks service on the private terraces in the rooms during reception opening hours and honesty bar in other hours.

Kitchen and living team with adapted service to ensure all food safety measures using appropriate personal protective equipment.

Enhanced cleaning and disinfection of the meal areas between each use.

Our staff received complementary training in hygiene and safety in the pandemic phase and complies with strict rules for the use of protective equipment and uniforms, and their health and good practices are regularly monitored.

The pantry and laundry areas have their circulation rules reorganized as well as enhanced disinfection and cleaning.
